Survey Exhibition

Hill End is experiencing a wonderful renaissance.  

Since the closure of the historic Jean Bellette Gallery,

Hill End has been poised and ready for a leap into the future. Welcome to our new gallery space,

officially opened on 12th June 2021

by Sarah Gurich BRAG (Bathurst Regional Art Gallery)


Located on #wiradjuricountry and right in the heart of the village in the historic CWA rooms at 5 Beyers Avenue.

These historically significant rooms have been repurposed to become a beautiful exhibition space which showcases contemporary works by the artists of Hill End. 


The inaugural exhibition, curated by Steven Cavanagh, brings together a survey of works by the extraordinary group of talented artists who love and call Hill End home.

OPEN 11.00am - 3.00pm WEEKENDS

In the Community

Sacred Heart Catholic Church

HEAC Inc is pleased to announce our re-invigoration

of the use of the Sacred Heart Church for creative pursuits.

This will comprise of music events/workshops, photography workshops, a space for collaboration between visiting

regional artists, a temporary artist studio space.

This building will become a hub of creative thinking and

activity that brings people, ideas and income to the village.

STAMPER

BIENNIAL

2023

Inaugural weekend biennial of analogue photography that supports and cultivates an appreciation for alternative photographic processes in photographs, installation, film, workshops and conversations.

The analogue biennial aims to build communities through artists, guest speakers, history, the locals, schools and tourists, building and inspiring the appreciation for alternative ways of photography.
